Hazard and Flood Insurance Certificates
Mortgage companies or Lenders may from time to time request proof of Master Policy Condominium insurance. Owners may obtain certificates of insurance for both hazard insurance and flood insurance from the following contact.

Please fax or email your lender’s request as soon you receive them. It would also be very helpful if you added your building number on it (see below).
Remember, owners and occupants are responsible for interior and contents insurance and should provide the Association Proof of Insurance, listing the Condominium Association as a certificate holder. You should contact your own insurance agent for complete coverage information and to ensure compliance with the Condo Declaration and State Statutes.
